Behind the scent

Inspired by the famous bamboo forest of Arashiyama in Kyoto, Japan, the same grove featured in Memoirs of a Geisha. Perfumer Maxence Moutte built it around a mossy, damp-forest concept using oakmoss and fig, and it was originally created as a candle scent before customer demand turned it into a full fragrance!
